Request Finance Changes URL and Domain Name
To log in to Request, go to app.request.network
Request Finance has changed the URL and domain name to log into our app.
Effective today, we’ll no longer be using: https://invoicing.request.network
Instead, we will be moving to: https://app.request.finance
What does this mean for you?
You will still be able to use your existing accounts with us, without having to change any of your login credentials. Your account data, and presets will remain the same.
Just note that when logging in from your browser, you should type in https://app.request.finance/ instead.
If you are using a password manager, you should also update your URL link.
Why the change?
Firstly, it reflects the growing distinction between the Foundation which oversees the protocol and tokenomics, and Request Finance - which is building on top of the protocol.
We’d originally built our invoicing app under the request.network domain name. But that domain name is now dedicated to the Request Foundation.
Secondly, the name change reflects how far we’ve come, and where we want to go. We first went to market with a crypto invoicing tool. But as we grew with users like yourself, we realized that we had the potential to become so much more.
As we listened to finance managers and CFOs in the web3 space using Request Finance, we built new features to meet their needs. Today, Request.Finance is no longer just an invoicing platform.
Over the coming months, we’ll be introducing new features including:
- Streaming Payments
- Expenses
- Salary
- Escrow, and more!
We want to be the ultimate tool for web3 companies to manage all their financial operations. Whether that’s managing accounts payable to service providers and freelancers, or offering new ways to pay salaries, to streaming payments for subscription-style services.
As we build to meet the needs of more crypto-native companies, we might even someday incorporate DeFi features like corporate treasury management, or invoice financing.
