Chainstack - Helping customers who want to transact with crypto

Problem

As a Web3-native company, Chainstack saw a high demand for customers requesting to pay in cryptocurrency. Unfortunately, crypto payments are still not widely accepted on mainstream payment gateways. 

They wanted to be able to serve customers that run their businesses entirely in cryptocurrency, but there was no easy way to do it at scale.

Chainstack is always looking for better ways to improve the efficiency of their operations. 

Using Request Finance has helped their finance and operations teams streamline their internal payment operations when they invoice and receive payments in crypto. The ability to pay invoices in crypto with just a click of a button in Request Finance, made it easy for them to extend this option to their customers. 

The invoicing tools have enabled them to automate various processes such as compliance and accounting. 

Being able to integrate with their suite of product customisation options has also made Chainstack more desirable to customers that have specific requirements. It’s also allowed them to offer crypto payment options to a broader group of Web3 developers and projects. This has allowed them to serve various projects and customers that deal entirely using cryptocurrency that they wouldn’t have been able to otherwise.

Chainstack’s product, sales, and operations teams came together to review Request Finance. They unanimously agreed that it would be the best option that would benefit all our different internal functions. 

Chainstack’s journey with Request Finance began in April 2021 when they received a grant from  The Graph Foundation via Request Finance. The onboarding process was very simple and intuitive, allowing them to get started in no time.
